You could ask colleagues and family members. You could even cold call businesses. Once you have 25 people and their problems written down, you have plenty of solutions you can try to come up with.
Get Validation For Your Idea
Everybody thinks their own ideas are unique and amazing, and are usually blinded by love for their idea. But you need to get validation from other people to make sure your idea is actually viable. You can do this by conducting surveys, or even cold calling again. Once you know an idea is worth pursuing, it’s up to you to do the rest! You’ll need to contact suppliers, source materials, and maybe even find staff/a business premises. It’ll also be important to take care of the legal side of things, such as trademark consultants and the like. Make sure you don’t forget anything important, as it could make or break your business. Many copycats are out there, so beware!

Think about the kind of business you want, so you can carefully select the types of problems you’d like to solve.
