I am Victor Ndukwe. I have an MSC in Architecture and a strong background in programming. I have worked with tech start ups as a full stack developer. I have also worked in the AEC industry as design architect, site architect and project architect for one of the top 3 real estate firms in Nigeria with development portfolio of over 1bn USD. I currently run Mykhaban a proptech company that focuses on the middle markets, providing construction services, equipment and materials supplies as well as real estate investment advice. - What is your big idea? Why?
My big idea is serving the middle market. We get to see a lot of quacks play in this space, delivering low quality jobs, many times at a competitively high cost. We act as the people’s developer, offering turnkey projects at low costs
