Lots of workplaces have fire hoses on site. They can be useful for rapidly responding to a fire when one starts. But the problem is that they can be put in place and then not used for a long time. So, this can lead to them getting jammed, which is never a good thing. You should make sure that you check and test the hoses regularly, and fix and problems that would stop you being able to use them rapidly in the event of a fire. Fire hose reel testing is pretty easy to do, but it needs to be done. Don’t put it off any longer; do it as soon as possible.
